CLARKSTON SCHOOL DISTRICT TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION AND ROUND-UP FOR THE 2023–2024 SCHOOL YEAR
WHAT: Transitional Kindergarten Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year
WHO: Transitional kindergarten is for any student that is not yet 5 as of August 31st. This program is located at Parkway and Highland Elementary and transportation is provided for students who need it.
WHEN: Online registration will open on April 5, 2023. Go to www.csdk12.org – Parent – New Student Enrollment.
To register your child for transitional kindergarten, you will need to upload the following:
- proof of residency
- child’s birth certificate
- child’s immunization records

Round-Up will take place at our elementary schools from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.
- Heights Elementary – Monday, May 8th
- Highland Elementary – Tuesday, May 9th
- Parkway Elementary – Wednesday, May 10th
- Grantham Elementary – Thursday, May 11th
Round-Up activities determine a child’s readiness and help teachers to plan for the upcoming year. Activities will be in the areas of hearing/vision, gross and fine motor skills, concepts, and speech/language.
